He has got more than 28 years of rich experience in the field of Human Resource, Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, Policy Formulation, Administration etc. He has worked in prestigious PSUs like NMDC, HAL, MRPL, Engineers India Limited [EIL], Electronics Corporation of India Limited [ECIL] before joining KIOCL.
